Excellent Chinese take out! We did Yelp delivery and everything was delivered fresh as ordered. Their sweet sour is pretty good. As in the Orange Chicken. We got the Kung Pao too but I thought that dish wasn't one of the better choices. I would definitely order from here again.
Fantastic place for authentic Chinese cuisine. We ordered the Kung Pau chicken. This is a staple here and a must try. Great amount of portions and great lunch deals. We have been here a few times and service and quality has always been consistent.
A very nice place to sit down with family and friends. The food is delicious. We had the fried rice, chicken chow mein, shrimp chow mein, orange chicken, egg drop soup, eggs rolls, shrimp and broccoli and hot tea. Everything was made beautifully and the service was fast. Only suggestions I have are to expand the drink menu, There wasn't very many options besides soda and Thai tea which isn't helpful for customers who don't drink sugary drinks. I also think they could revamp the appetizers a little more like adding pork egg rolls or dim sum, they definitely have the skill and potential.
The food is delicious and fresh one of thr good Chinese in Burbank! Small place I would totally recommend food to go. There for years. Service for pick is fast !

Sun Moon Garden is officially my favorite Chinese food spot in Burbank! I placed a pick up order through their website and pick up time stated 25 minutes. When I went to pick up my order, I did have to wait an additional 10 minutes but I didn't mind because they were busy and there was only one waitress. She was very friendly and apologized for the wait. I ordered orange beef, garlic chicken, vegetable chow mein, wonton soup, green onion pancakes, and the sampler appetizer. Honestly, everything was delicious and very flavorful. Sometimes Chinese food can be overly greasy and lacking in flavor but this wasn't the case. We received plenty of food for about $80. Next time I'm craving Chinese food, I will absolutely order from here again.
My family and I was looking for a new Chinese restaurant to check out for family dinner. We came across Sun Moon Garden. Made an order for take out and ordered a number of dishes. The preparation time for our order was pretty quick as it was ready by the time we have arrived for pick up. They were nice enough to add a free order of deep fried shrimp which happened to be my favorite dish out of what we ordered. lol Everything else was tasty and everyone was happy. Been coming here for a few years now and it never disappoints. I always enjoy the food and how it can be family style. The service is always quick and easy especially when you call and order in. The ambiance is comfy casual and you can literally just go for a lazy night out with friends when no one wants to cook.
Lunch special $10.99 comes with egg roll, tea, fried rice and shrimp with soup. There are several varieties of lunch specials as low as $8.99. You can't beat it. And they have egg foo young which is not always easy to find. The vegetables were fresh and everything came put piping hot. Sun Moon Garden has been a Burbank staple for many years and gas survived the pandemic, fires, etc. The quality of food and the expert preparation has not changed. The dining room is spacious, quiet and great for groups. Thank you to the owners and chefs for your dedication and to the servers for their awesome service!
